Aksh announced a new "ceramic armoured cable". This unique optical  product employs Aksh's FRP pultrusion technology to open new market scenarios and applications. The cable is a mono loose tube construction, up to 24 cores, literally surrounded by a robust ceramic structure, and then jacketed. This technology features outstanding vertical loads bearing (6000N/10cm), waterproofing, rodent proofing, lightweight and fire resistance behaviour, with the unique advantage of being fully dielectric.
Installations include direct burial, aerial ADSS, sewage and tunnels.
